Responsibilities- Develop recruitment marketing and social media briefs based on global, regional, and business needs.
- Identify opportunities to engage followers on social pages and create strategies for branding and implementation.
- Act as the primary liaison between GTA and Global Marketing teams for all TA-related initiatives.
- Partner with TA teams to create targeted marketing strategies for special talent segments.
- Create and maintain compelling job advertisements and toolkits for talent attraction.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Lead project management and coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Inform and create engaging content for use across global Tiffany platforms and careers pages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather employee stories and testimonials.
- Support employer branding initiatives for retail programs and early career attraction initiatives.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and recruitment platforms.
- Previous Talent Acquisition Project Management experience.
- In-depth understanding of Talent Acquisition trends and best practices.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and employer brand development.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and communications.
