Summary
The Stock Controller partners with store operations and sales to execute operational duties and ensure compliance with company procedures. The role manages inventory, shipping and receiving, supports stock associates, oversees deliveries, and provides customer service related to repairs and returns.
Responsibilities
- Execute Moncler service standards and store operational procedures.
- Manage inventory, stock accuracy and UPT updates.
- Oversee shipping, receiving and delivery of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain front-of-house and back-of-house stock to operations guidelines.
- Direct and support Stock Associates and store staff during inventories.
- Provide customer service for repairs and merchandise returns.
- Adhere to company operational policies and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven track record of inventory management, maintenance and availability reporting.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to read and analyze reports.
- College degree preferred.
- Authorization to work in the country and must be 18 years or older.
- Willingness to work overtime on short notice and varied hours; ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work week.
- Ability to move and handle merchandise and boxes up to 40 pounds and operate necessary store equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, leadership, communication and customer focus.
