Summary
The Store Director leads store strategy, people development, client experience, and store operations to drive commercial results and growth. This role provides crossfunctional leadership to optimize business performance, ensure seamless store functionality, and maintain a luxury service culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the team to deliver superior client service and after sales experience.
- Develop and execute clienteling and CRM initiatives to drive loyalty and acquisition.
- Plan and oversee local events and product launches to meet attendance and sales goals.
- Manage sales performance by setting KPIs and implementing strategies to meet targets.
- Oversee stock management, merchandising standards, and inventory control processes.
- Provide operational leadership including scheduling, payroll submission, and loss prevention compliance.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop talent while maintaining high engagement and retention.
- Represent brand standards through grooming, visual presentation, and local market awareness.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with client engagement and training teams to maximize business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to analyze sales reports and trends.
- Proven ability to drive exceptional client experiences and measurable results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and ability to influence and inspire a team.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by a retail schedule.
