Summary
Lead the Oakridge store to drive business performance through sales leadership, operational excellence, training, and inventory management while delivering exceptional customer service aligned with brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and empower associates to achieve and exceed personal and category sales objectives.
- Lead by example on the selling floor, coaching and mentoring the sales team.
- Manage clienteling efforts to acquire and retain clients using client books and CRM tools.
- Support sales processes and directly handle customer issues or complaints as needed.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and carry out operational procedures from the Retail Handbook.
- Perform daily reporting and sales analysis as directed.
- Maintain store visual merchandising guidelines and support implementation of visual changes.
- Share responsibility for store P&L and take action on merchandising to drive sales.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates within company standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of store management experience within a luxury setting.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient digital literacy and familiarity with reporting and CRM tools.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to empower and build teams.
- Ability to mediate and resolve customer and staff concerns.
- Demonstrated service orientation and customer focus skills.
- Foreign language skills considered an asset.
