Store Director

Summary

The Store Director leads store operations to drive sales, brand engagement and customer loyalty while building and maintaining a high performing team aligned with corporate standards. This role oversees merchandising, inventory, compliance and daily performance analysis to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals. The Store Director fosters staff development through coaching and ensures the store meets brand visual and operational expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team on corporate initiatives, sales goals and operational standards
• Coach and develop staff to support professional growth and performance
• Set targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and monitor achievement
• Analyze results and verify daily, weekly and monthly activities and KPIs
• Demonstrate sales leadership by working on the selling floor
• Manage inventory activities in collaboration with back office operations
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, HR and stock organization processes
• Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand
• Recruit, attract and retain talent to build a strong store culture

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in retail management capacity
• Experience managing a team of five or more
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven ability to motivate and lead sales teams
• Adaptability, openness, risk taking, strong listening and curiosity
• Knowledge of Dayforce and Concur expense reporting is a plus
• High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty
