Store Manager responsible for leading the Aventura Mall boutique to drive sales, develop the team, and deliver an exceptional client experience consistent with brand values. Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the boutique team to achieve sales targets and adopt company strategies.
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly store strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage store operations including inventory, cash procedures, shipping and receiving, and audits.
- Recruit, retain, and develop talent, overseeing staffing schedules and performance goals.
- Drive clienteling, CRM activities, and local client recruitment to grow loyalty and retention.
- Analyze store KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance and profitability.
- Coordinate with Merchandising Buying and Visual Merchandising to ensure product relevance and visual standards.
- Organize events and external partnerships to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
- Ensure compliance with policies, maintain store presentation, and manage after sales situations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in store management or leadership role.
- Experience in luxury retail or department store environment preferred.
- Strong business acumen with ability to analyze KPIs and drive results.
- Proven team management, coaching, and talent development skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in store sales and operations systems and CRM tools.
