- Oversee performance processes and assist in establishing goals and objectives for associates.
- Manage day-to-day store operations to meet key performance indicators and profit and loss expectations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.
- Comply with all Loss Prevention audits and inventory reconciliations.
- Develop accurate monthly schedules and ensure adequate floor coverage.
Requirements- 8+ years of retail experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years managing others in a customer service environment.
- Proven record of motivating, developing, and coaching team members.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze retail KPIs and on-floor behaviors.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and react quickly to business needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.

- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
