Store Manager

Summary

Lead the Manhasset boutique to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional luxury client experiences through strong team leadership and strict operational standards. Oversee daily store operations, business development initiatives, and alignment with brand image while driving results and customer loyalty. Support cross-functional collaboration to optimize store performance and market opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by analyzing metrics, implementing action plans, and ensuring achievement of quantitative targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop the store team, including hiring support and conducting performance management.
• Manage store operations including inventory control, cycle counts, stockroom organization, and after-sales processes (alterations, repairs).
• Oversee store P&L-related expenses, shipping/receiving, and optimize expenditure within budget.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with corporate guidelines and report facility/maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations in coordination with corporate partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment, with experience managing a high-volume store.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to travel, work weekends, and lift/move up to 40 pounds.
