Responsible for overall sales performance, operations, visual presentation, and team leadership of the store. Partners with senior management to drive sales, margin, and customer engagement while maintaining company standards and operational controls.
Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and achieve performance targets for the store and individual sales associates.
- Partner with senior management to recommend and implement business strategies to meet goals.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards according to company directives.
- Analyze sell-through and communicate product availability and market trends to division heads.
- Enforce security measures and maintain inventory accuracy to control shrinkage.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performance sales team.
- Manage operational costs and budgetary expenses in a cost-efficient manner.
- Create an inviting retail environment and ensure exceptional customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising or Business preferred.
- Minimum of five years of retail management experience; luxury retail preferred.
- Experience in specialty retail including business development and store operations.
- Proficiency with retail point of sale systems and Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to coach and develop teams.
- Ability to manage visual merchandising and store presentation.
