Store Manager

As a Store Manager at Oliver Peoples in Honolulu, you will lead your team on the sales floor, ensuring a positive customer experience and meeting sales KPIs. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing your team while maintaining brand standards in merchandising.

• Oversee all sales and operational activities to meet weekly and monthly sales objectives.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop qualified talent with experience in luxury retail.
• Provide clear, motivating, and constructive performance feedback to associates.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by accurately staffing the store.
• Recognize associates for positive performance.
• Monitor business by analyzing KPIs and implementing action plans.
• Maintain accurate product inventory.
• Drive participation in monthly training courses.
• Manage employee relation concerns, including time and attendance and performance issues.
• Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses suited for their needs.
• Move boxes weighing up to 20 pounds as needed.
• Remain stationary for the duration of the shift.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Financial acumen.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
