Store Manager - Studio City

As a Store Manager at our Studio City location, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, staff management, merchandise, and client development. You will be responsible for creating a positive work environment that aligns with the company's vision and objectives, while achieving sales and profitability goals.

• Develop and implement store business strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
• Maintain active leadership presence on the sales floor to support and coach sales associates.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and store standards are consistently met.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new staff members, and conduct performance appraisals.
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and operational compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

• 5-8 years of experience in retail sales or related field, with at least 3 years of supervisory responsibility.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and POS systems.
• Ability to relocate is preferable for career development opportunities.
• High School Graduate or Equivalent required; College Degree Preferred.
