Store Operator - Remote

Summary

Provide outstanding customer service by responding efficiently and accurately to incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner from a remote work from home location. Act as a resource for customers and employees while maintaining confidentiality and meeting communication standards. Schedule requires flexibility and includes a required two week weekday training period.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to incoming customer and co-worker calls using a desktop computer and headset
• Act as a general resource for customers and employees
• Set a positive example of the customer experience while meeting service expectations
• Maintain high level of confidentiality
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Communicate clearly with a professional speaking voice
• Complete required training Monday through Friday for two weeks

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook Word and Excel
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure
• Professional verbal communication skills
• 6+ months customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Candidate must reside in Nevada per location restrictions
