The Stylist welcomes guests and serves as a trusted advisor, delivering a personalized luxury shopping experience. The role builds lasting client relationships, supports sales performance, and contributes to the smooth operation of the store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships through personalized outreach and clienteling tools.
• Capture client information, maintain customer notes, and engage with CRM, sales, and KPI targets.
• Use omnichannel services to support sales and participate in training and commercial activities.
• Maintain an impeccable store environment, support store and back-of-house standards, and participate in inventories.
• Support after-sales clients and follow up to ensure excellent service.
