Summary

The Team Manager leads and mentors the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences, drives sales performance, and represents brand values in all client and team interactions. This role collaborates with the Store Manager to own business outcomes and foster team development in a fast paced luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor store team members to achieve individual and team goals
• Develop and implement action plans to boost sales and product performance
• Drive client development and maintain high standards of clienteling
• Oversee selling and floor management to ensure exceptional client experiences
• Collaborate on visual merchandising to enhance product presentation
• Identify training and development needs and deliver tailored coaching
• Manage daily store operations and support Store Manager on business ownership
