Team Manager

Summary

The Team Manager leads and mentors the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences while driving sales and business performance in a luxury retail environment. This role partners with the Store Manager to develop the team, implement commercial strategies, and ensure operational excellence in a fast paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets
• Develop and deliver coaching and tailored training to support team development
• Create and implement action plans to boost business and product performance
• Drive client development and maintain high levels of client service and retention
• Oversee selling and floor management to ensure outstanding client experiences
• Manage visual merchandising and clienteling activities to enhance presentation
• Support store operations to ensure smooth daily functioning

• Commercially minded with knowledge of the luxury and local market
