Requirements- 10+ years of experience in luxury retail industry.
- 3-5 years of management experience in luxury retail.
- Proven track record in sales and team development.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of store performance and KPIs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to develop relationships with clients and team.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in store sales and operations systems.
