Temporary Client Advisor Keyholder - Houston Galleria

Summary

Temporary Client Advisor Keyholder responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional client service while acting as Client Experience Manager and floor supervisor. The role coaches the sales team, executes store operations to brand standards, and supports inventory and visual presentation duties. This position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays and to engage in active client outreach and appointment selling.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients and embody brand sales and service standards
• Drive individual sales objectives and KPI targets such as conversion and repurchase rate
• Supervise the sales floor acting as CEM and Manager on Duty
• Coach and mentor sales team members and share best practices
• Capture and manage client information using the clienteling program
• Conduct active client outreach including appointments, charge sends and phone sales
• Support visual merchandise presentation and inventory preparation
• Collaborate with store teams to maintain a professional work environment
• Represent the brand through community networking to attract new clients

Requirements

• 3 years previous sales experience in fashion luxury or retail companies
• Proven client service skills and strong commercial mindset
• Experience training and coaching others
• Proficient computer skills including Word Excel and Outlook
• Fluency in local language and proficiency in English
• Ability to analyze business needs and communicate with senior leadership
• Capacity to work in a fast moving dynamic environment
• High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
