- Set up and organize indicator monitoring and create reporting tools.
- Build and deploy the development plan and advise managers on training their teams.
- Coordinate the School of Skills and manage leatherworkers career path campaigns.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and monitor training performance indicators.
- Manage the training team and support talent acquisition as needed.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 3+ years relevant experience in training and talent development.
- Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design.
- Strong business and customer focus with excellent presentation skills.
- Bilingual Spanish/English required; French language skills a plus.
