Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients throughout the department and initiate the customer experience.
- Engage customers to build authentic connections and offer personalized styling advice.
- Demonstrate selling and service behaviors to develop lasting customer relationships.
- Handle transactions smoothly and promote store services.
- Assist customers across the sales floor and fitting room as needed.
- Maintain selling floor, fill stock, process new receipts, and return merchandise to departments.
- Ensure compliance with will-call, hold policies, and credit procedures.
- Collaborate with store leaders and peers to meet goals and foster a positive team environment.
- Maintain professional presentation standards and follow assigned schedule.
Requirements
- Styling experience in luxury fashion or strong knowledge of trends and designer brands.
- Customer service or sales associate experience preferred with ability to build brand loyalty.
- Ability to operate point-of-sale technology and basic store systems.
- Ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom and lift up to 30lb with or without accommodation.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Motivated and results driven with ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Effective communication skills and hospitality minded approach to customers.
