Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients throughout the store and department.
- Engage customers and offer personalized styling and product recommendations.
- Drive sales and loyalty through expert brand and product knowledge.
- Handle transactions and promote store services smoothly.
- Assist across store areas including sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Maintain selling floor, replenish stock, and process new receipts.
- Ensure merchandise protection standards and audit compliance are met.
- Collaborate with store leaders and peers to meet goals and foster a positive team environment.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to presentation and scheduling standards.
Requirements
- Styling experience in luxury fashion or strong knowledge of designer trends.
- Customer service or sales associate experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.
- Ability to operate a point of sale system and basic technology proficiency.
- Ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom and lift up to 30lb.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Motivated and results driven with ability to meet sales goals.
- Takes initiative and demonstrates follow through on customer requests.
