- Contribute to daily processes under the supervision of Boutique management, including inventory, cash, and security.
- Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Knowledge and passion for watches, new trends in lifestyle, new technologies, and sports.
- Fluent in English and the local language; a third language is a plus.
- Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
- Understanding of sales KPIs and clienteling KPIs.
- Digitally savvy with knowledge of digital tools and brand retail procedures.
- Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to changes.
- Ability to represent the brand in and outside the store with great presentation skills.
