Job Description

Main Job Objective

The Associate Manager, FP&A – Headquarters (HQ) is responsible for global sales reporting and analysis to HQ top management and local markets General Manger and Retail head. The Associate Manager/Manager will develop sales related analysis/KPIs in order to provide strong business partnership and support to the various functions across HQ to identify risks and opportunities for business decision-making. This role will also work closely with HQ and LVMH group BI and MIS team to develop and implement sales reporting systems/tools as part of company’s digitalization project.

With a business-oriented mindset, the Associate Manager will have a strong attention to detail and be both tactical and strategic in thought.


  • Create, update and maintain weekly and monthly retail sales reports to HQ management and Retail team.
  • Provide monthly sales report by products to HQ management and Marketing team. Work closely with Marketing, Forecast and Planning and Hq Operation Finance team to identify risk and opportunities, periodically clean master data base, support new launches and obsolete reduction.
  • Provide monthly online sales report and KPIs dashboard and work with HQ Digital team on Risk & Opportunity analysis and action plan.
  • Provide monthly door productivity reports and work collaboratively with HQ Retail and local market retail and finance team on performance analysis and follow-up action plan.
  • Deliver annual budgeting sales consolidation and reports. Ensure the sales submission from local markets are complete and accurate. Provide various analysis by market, by month, by channel and by product for management review.
  • Work closely with HQ and LVMH BI/MIS team on project of sales reporting system/tool.
  • Internal and external communicate sales figures to key stakeholders.
  • Ad hoc sales reports.

What you will learn (and/or achieve) in the first 6 months:

  • Deliver timely and accurate weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Have a good understanding of business and sales of markets
  • Check and review 2022 Budget Revision and 2023 Budget sales submission from markets and provide consolidated global sales analysis reports.
  • Representing HQ finance team to participate Bi project, ensure the sales reports generated from system are accurate.

What you will achieve in 12 months:

  • Build strong and trusted relationships across all functions within Fresh HQ and local market retail/finance team.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses both through management directive and independently to analyze sales data and preparing recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of business and sales of markets, proactively communicate risks and opportunities.


  • 5+ years’ experience in Sales analysis, FP&A, or other relevant Retail or Finance roles with a strong emphasis on data analysis;
  • Degree in Business/Economics/Finance/Statistics is required;
  • Working knowledge of financial systems/tools such as AX Dynamics and Anaplan is a plus;
  • Expert in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Look ups, macros…);
  • Strong knowledge of whole and retail industry (beauty or consumaer goods is a plus) sales organization and business insights;
  • Able to “zoom in and out” of details when needed whilst keeping the bigger picture in focus;
  • A highly analytical problem-solver, with a propensity for taking action;
  • Effective project management skills and strong organization/time management;
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on translating complex, nuanced, or detailed analysis into clear, actionable summaries or recommendations;
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to execute daily tasks and meet tight deadlines;
  • Works well within a team as well as autonomously.
