We are seeking dynamic and ambitious Department Coordinators to join our team. The successful candidates will have a background in Sales Administration and/or Retail Support, with 1-3 years of experience. The Department Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting department managers with operations, administrative tasks, inventory management, scheduling, and will provide necessary sales floor support when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Support: Assist department managers in the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal productivity.
• Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence, allowing managers to focus on strategic objectives.
• Inventory Management: Oversee and manage product inventory, ensuring accuracy and optimal stock levels. Coordinate with relevant teams for inventory replenishment and discrepancy resolution.
• Sales Floor Support: Provide support on the sales floor during peak times or as needed, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
• Scheduling: Assist with the creation and maintenance of employee schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet the department’s needs.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and coordinate with other coordinators to ensure cohesive operations and uniform customer experience across the store.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales Administration and/or Retail Support, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
• Ambitious spirit with a passion for luxury retail.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
