As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the store back of house operations, ensuring the effective and efficient management of all stock and administrative tasks. With your passion for the brand and high level of professionalism, you will provide excellent support to the sales team, maintain back of house standards, and ensure the accuracy of all stock received.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and handle stock orders from the hub or warehouse
- Ensure the accuracy of products received and report any discrepancies to store lead
- Support the sales team by retrieving stock in a timely manner, including for omnichannel and stock pullback
- Maintain a tidy back of house, in compliance with Retail Operations and Standards
- Perform quality control on all products at all times and report any issues to the store lead
- Complete adhoc administration, including answering telephone calls, responding to and liaising with customer service, and performing general administrative tasks such as stationary and supermarket orders
- Complete adhoc requests by store management to support events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other duties as needed
