Job Description

The Total Rewards Analyst supports the design, development, analysis and implementation of total rewards programs. Performs robust analysis to support broader initiatives, including diversity and inclusion (pay equity, progressive benefits, living wage). Provides day-to-day compensation support and analysis to Hr partners and the business. Supports global mobility programs, including relocation, expat administration, tax compliance, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

  • Provides reporting and analytics in support of Tiffany’s broader diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. Includes partnering with global HR and finance to obtain global payroll and employee data; organizing data for analysis, applying identified methodology on large data sets, identifying current trends and gaps, and recommending courses of action.
  • Provides ongoing compensation support and consultation ensuring consistently applied philosophy (internal/external equity, pay-for-performance, job leveling, sales compensation/commission programs, etc.). Partners with Hr generalists to provide business managers with rationale and guidance for compensation-related decisions, such as hiring, promotions, transfers, business re-alignment, etc.
  • Facilitate and assist with the global mobility program administration. Partner with vendors to initiate relocations and address ongoing needs and issues.
  • Assists in the development of effective communication materials. Makes compensation presentations or presents training materials to client groups.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Compensation
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area such as HR, Finance, Business or Economics
  • Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Office programs – Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience with Hr enterprise systems, particularly Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Able to work with large data samples to ensure data accuracy, identify patterns and potential issues, and recommend solutions

Preferred

  • Experience with pay equity or living wage analysis
  • Experience with online survey management and compensation benchmarking tools
  • Experience with global compensation programs
