We are excited to announce the opening of our new store in Bal Harbour in November 2023. In preparation for this launch, we are seeking a highly experienced, dynamic Store Manager to lead our team and drive our operations. This role will involve setting the tone for our customer service, managing daily operations, and maintaining an exceptional store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire, and manage the in-store team to provide superior customer service and promote a positive store culture.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and build long-term customer relationships.
• Oversee all daily operations, including inventory management, store opening/closing, and visual merchandising.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the store and the corporate team, ensuring effective and timely communication.
• Manage the recruitment, training, development, and performance of staff to ensure a high-performing team.
• Coordinate with the corporate team to execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and events in-store.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Eleventy’s product offerings and be able to communicate the brand’s unique selling propositions to customers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience in a luxury fashion setting.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent understanding of customer service and proven ability to drive sales and customer loyalty.
• Proficient in inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
