Responsibilities:

• Become an expert on the channel – including consumer insights, product mix and sales to educate the team on the market and to best create and develop plans.
• Drive key marketing execution of store visual, direct marketing (direct mail, email, and catalog) and promotional materials to support marketing initiatives for wholesale accounts.
• Identify, recommend, and execute local/regional marketing initiatives for wholesale accounts that align with overall brand strategies and achieve specific performance metrics.
• Manage North America Marketing Co-Op plans for all accounts in partnership with account sales team.
• Establish relationships with wholesale account marketing teams to plan and execute blogger partnerships, social advertising, retargeting and affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Develop in-store gifting initiative and partner with Merchandising and Sales to drive key metrics and conversion.
• Maintain knowledge and execution of industry best practices for wholesale marketing performing ongoing benchmarking with competing luxury brands.
• At least 5 years marketing experience, Wholesale experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational/Project Management skills required.
• Ability to self-direct, manage ambiguity and flex to changing business needs.

• Sharp intellect, curiosity and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• 7+ years of related experience in Marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, multitask & prioritize assignments.
